A wonderful bush camping experience. You can get power for $30, water, free wood and camp under beautiful trees . A lovely new amenities block with huge shower stalls and heaps of hot water. They go the extra mile with electronic air freshener, shards of designer soap, and herbal hand wash in the wash room. Lots of room.
We just spent 30 days travelling and using Caravan and Camping sites, this has to be the best. Simple but NEW and clean showers and toilets. You wont regret staying here. Michael
Weve just spent 2 nights at the Red Lizard Camping ground 6km south of Charleville. What a lovely peaceful spot to recharge our batteries on the long trip north. The sites are large, the park is pet friendly and the amenities, whilst rustic, are clean with lots of hot water. Theres a great camp kitchen and plenty of shade trees. If youre thinking of travelling this way, its well worth a stop for a day or 2.
