Was told my international parcel is trackable paying higher cost and after two months of non-receipt I called Charleville giving the details only to be said simply, can't find it and that it is not totally trackable. What ever that means :( No idea where my item is. And tried to simply pass to 13 no and acted rushed. Very disappointed.
